My Favorite Finds at KBIS 2025: A Designer’s Perspective

2025 KBIS is in the books, and this year’s show in Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular. From bold colors to jaw-dropping innovations, every corner of the convention was packed with inspiration. As a designer, I’m always on the lookout for standout products that will make a lasting impression in my clients’ homes. Here are a few of my favorites from KBIS 2025:

1. Color Everywhere

KBIS 2025 made one thing clear — neutrals are stepping aside. From vibrant sinks and colorful appliances to statement-making faucets and hardware, color was front and center. Jewel tones, earthy hues, and bold metallics added personality and warmth to kitchens and bathrooms alike. It’s a designer’s dream to see so many options for adding a pop of color that feels intentional and elevated.

2. A Halo of Light and Wireless Charging

FreePower introduced a glowing halo of light under nearly any surface, offering a sleek, futuristic touch. But it’s not just about aesthetics — this innovative tech also provides wireless, cord-free charging. Imagine charging your devices seamlessly on a glowing kitchen island or bathroom vanity. It’s functional luxury at its finest.

3. Statement Vanities by James Martin

James Martin vanities stole the show with their textured fronts, rich wood grains, and vibrant colors. From shagreen finishes to bold lacquered tones, every piece brought an elevated sense of craftsmanship. These are not your typical bathroom vanities — they’re designed to be showstoppers. The natural wood tones, in particular, brought warmth and sophistication, perfect for a spa-inspired retreat.

4. Spa-Like Luxury at Home

Speaking of retreats, KBIS showcased a major focus on incorporating spa elements into the home. Brands like Klafs brought luxurious saunas to the forefront, while Toto introduced therapy tubs that offered a serene bathing experience. Kohler took it a step further with a foam generator that envelops you in a cocoon of bubbles — the ultimate relaxation and for those seeking rejuvenation, cold plunges made a splash as the must-have wellness feature.

5. The Art of Faucetry

Kallista’s jeweled faucet handles added a dazzling touch to the bathroom, proving that hardware can double as jewelry for the home. Meanwhile, Brizo paid homage to Frank Lloyd Wright with a line of faucets inspired by the iconic architect’s work. The thoughtful details and artistic influences in each design made these collections unforgettable.

6. Art in Tile Form

Artistic Tile once again delivered a show-stopping moment with their mosaic collaboration with Donghia. Taking inspiration from the brand’s iconic fabrics, the mosaics were true works of art. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was breathtaking — a reminder that tile can be more than just a functional surface; it can be a statement piece.

7. Monogram’s Luxe Vibe

Monogram Appliances embraced luxury at every turn. From leather-wrapped appliance panels with exquisite hand stitching to a fabric-covered wine cooler, their booth was a vibe. And the pièce de résistance? A custom Lexus SUV designed for the elite, complete with a built-in wine chiller and even a pizza oven. Because why not?

8. Jewelry for the Home by Modern Matter

No detail was overlooked by Modern Matter, a brand that brought jewelry-level craftsmanship to cabinet hardware. Every piece felt like a miniature sculpture, designed to elevate cabinetry from functional to fabulous. It’s no surprise that the brand’s founder was a former jewelry designer — the artistry was undeniable.

9. Smart Organization with Rev-A-Shelf

Organization met luxury with Rev-A-Shelf’s latest innovations. From sleek pull-outs to clever corner solutions, their designs make the most of every inch of space. This year, their walnut and oak interiors brought warmth and elegance to the typically hidden parts of the home. Functional, beautiful, and thoughtfully crafted — it’s organization, elevated.

10. Floating Elegance with ViewRail

One architectural showstopper that turned heads was the floating stair system by ViewRail. Featuring sleek glass sides, curved wood handrails, and refined metal details, these stairs brought a perfect balance of modernity and craftsmanship. They allow light to flow effortlessly through a space, making them ideal for open-concept designs. Whether used in a minimalist loft or a grand contemporary home, ViewRail’s designs make a statement without overwhelming the space.

From luxurious finishes to groundbreaking technology, KBIS 2025 was a true celebration of design. If you’re considering adding a splash of color, elevating your bathroom to spa status, or investing in statement-making appliances, this year’s trends offer endless inspiration. And as always, I’d love to help bring these beautiful ideas to life in your home.
